- Product Package Support must handle a new kind of customer service where each customer's product may have a unique set of features.
- Product Infrastructure Design must design an infrastructure that can produce customized products.
- Product Infrastructure Development must implement the customization capability into the production facilities.
- Product Infrastructure Order must be able to produce the customized product.
- Product Infrastructure Support must be able to support spares and repairs for customized products.
