Combining the core process view with the subsystem view makes it possible to visualize Business Functions and how they relate to the business architectural structure. A business function is formed wherever a core process intersects a subsystem.
The Customer Market can be viewed as a subsystem, but since it is not within the enterprise structure no business functions are shown.
