- Customer Market Interface Subsystem: Establishes and sustains relationships between enterprise products and the customer market.
- Product Package Subsystem: Customer's view of the enterprise product. Specifies what it is that the customer buys.
- Product Infrastructure Subsystem: The structure by which the enterprise produces the product package.

- Resource Service Subsystem: Responds to requisitions for resources for the work performed by business functions.
- Resource Infrastructure Subsystem: The structure by which resources are provisioned and maintained.
- Supplier Market Interface Subsystem: Establishes and sustains relationships between enterprise resources and the supplier market.
