- The Organization Structure, which controls product and resource activity by directing their work and allocating the necessary resources.
- The Product System, which transforms resources into the product (or service) and sells it to individual customers.
- The Resource System, which interacts with individual suppliers to acquire resources and distribute them to various business functions.
